Willog is leading the creation of a hyper-connected, intelligent logistics environment backed by five proprietary technology patents.
Willog Advances Hyper-Connected Intelligent Logistics Ecosystem with Five Proprietary Patents
  • Comprehensive technological advancement spanning logistics data integration through maritime and land environment control
  • Heterogeneous database integration technology realizes seamless supply chain visibility
  • AI-based anomaly detection and active environmental correction technology strengthens data intelligence

Willog (co-CEOs Bae Sung-hoon and Yoon Ji-hyun), an AIoT-based supply chain intelligence solutions company, announced on the 4th that it is accelerating technological advancement built on five proprietary patents, with the goal of improving visibility across the entire logistics process and delivering a data-driven intelligence environment.

Willog continues to strengthen its technology to precisely monitor diverse transport environments including land and sea, organically integrate data, and go beyond simple status monitoring to maximize supply chain transparency and convert collected data into valuable information for its clients.

The technologies currently held are organized around three major pillars:

  • Data Connectivity
  • Precision Sensing by Transport Environment
  • Intelligent Data Analysis and Management

Data Connectivity

Through its patented "Heterogeneous Database Integration Device and Operating Method" (Registered Patent No. 10-2604765), Willog has realized the integration of fragmented logistics data. This technology automatically identifies and converts APIs between logistics systems (DBs) using different protocols, enabling seamless tracking of transport process logs without interruption. It supports the integration and connection of data spanning the entire logistics domain, from warehouses to trucks, sea and air freight, and back to warehouses, standardizing customer data. This standardized data is critically important because it forms the cornerstone for AI-based intelligent logistics.

Precision Sensing by Transport Environment

Of particular note is the recently developed "Device and Method for Sensing and Processing the Land Transport Environment of Vehicles" (Registered Patent No. 10-2737011), which not only detects shocks from sudden vehicle acceleration and braking but also neutralizes specific-frequency vibrations such as road surface oscillations, further enhancing the physical safety of cargo.

Intelligent Data Analysis and Management

Willog developed technology (Registered Patent No. 10-2708573) that utilizes an AI model with a proprietary algorithm to learn patterns of temperature and humidity changes in enclosed spaces, enabling preemptive detection of anomalies such as battery gas leaks. Additionally, Willog introduced a smart recording method (Registered Patent No. 10-2459378) that detects changes in sensing data and compresses and stores data only when necessary, maximizing data management efficiency.

The portfolio also includes field-friendly technologies designed for user convenience, such as a smart monitoring system that visualizes logistics status in real time using QR codes and BLE (Registered Patent Nos. 10-2464379, 10-2483662, and others).

The patents secured by Willog are core technologies that connect every phase of logistics, from warehouses to trucks, sea freight, and air freight, ensuring uninterrupted data flow. Willog's technological capabilities are recognized not only through patent registration, but through the value created by addressing real market needs.

Willog CEO Bae Sung-hoon stated: "Willog is concentrating its efforts on technological capability, which is the core asset for realizing data-driven logistics innovation. We will continue to provide clients with a reliable and transparent supply chain intelligence solution, grounded in precise supply chain visualization technology spanning land, sea, and air, as well as advanced data analytics capabilities."

Meanwhile, Willog has been recognized for its technological excellence and is providing services to clients across a diverse range of industries requiring logistics management, including pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, semiconductors, electronics, and fresh food.
