Willog has successfully closed a Series B-2 funding round and plans to accelerate the development of its global supply chain intelligence platform combining IoT and AI algorithms.
Willog Closes Series B-2 Round to Accelerate IoT×AI Supply Chain Intelligence
  • Zero customer churn rate for 5 consecutive years, transforming experience-based logistics into data-driven operations
  • Advancing AI-based risk prediction and automated response algorithms; accelerating global market expansion

Willog (co-CEOs Bae Sung-hoon and Yoon Ji-hyun), an AIoT-based supply chain intelligence solution company, announced the successful completion of its Series B-2 investment round. The investment was participated in by seven domestic and international investors including KB Investment, SGC Partners, Sneakpick Investment, IBK Capital, Re-Investment, Muirwoods Ventures, and Big Basin Capital.

This investment marks an important milestone in Willog's global expansion journey and demonstrates the market's high confidence in Willog's technology for transforming fragmented logistics operations into a data- and AI-driven decision-making framework. In its five years since founding, Willog has achieved 7x year-over-year growth in new customers, secured over 200 global enterprise clients, and maintained a zero customer churn rate, demonstrating unrivaled product-market fit (PMF).

The Challenge in the Logistics Field: Invisible Losses and Accountability Disputes

Damage, temperature deviations, and shock-related losses occurring between a cargo's point of departure and its destination remain blind spots for most companies. When problems arise, the difficulty of pinpointing causes often leads to ambiguity in accountability between shippers and carriers, and decision-making that relies on workers' experience continues to translate into losses across the supply chain.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, companies that experienced global supply chain disruptions have increasingly recognized that the absence of logistics visibility is not merely an operational inconvenience but a management risk, bringing into sharp focus the demand for accurate and swift data-driven decision-making.

The investment proceeds will be concentrated in particular on advancing Predictive AI algorithms, with the goal of completing a consistent decision-making framework spanning from real-time field response to executive-level strategic judgment.

Securing Logistics Transparency Through AI Intelligence

Through its proprietary IoT sensor devices and AI, Willog collects and analyzes data across the entire supply chain to fundamentally address risks and pain points. Unlike conventional solutions that focus solely on monitoring cargo in transit, Willog connects logistics, from the warehouse stage where logistics risks originate through land, sea, and air freight, on a single data foundation. Starting with real-time collection of cargo condition data including temperature, humidity, shock, tilt, and illuminance, the company has built a five-stage intelligence framework: (1) visibility securing, (2) precise diagnosis and alerting, (3) real-time response, (4) data-driven supply chain improvement, and (5) AI risk prediction.

The company has maintained a zero customer churn rate for five consecutive years, having passed the exacting standards of globally listed Korean companies as well as mission-critical domains such as the Republic of Korea Army General Supply Depot. It has also swept major awards including the 2025 Presidential Citation, establishing itself as a leading company in the supply chain intelligence sector, while concurrently pursuing global market expansion in the United States, Singapore, Japan, and beyond.

Willog Co-CEO Bae Sung-hoon stated: "Logistics remains one of the last industries still operating on the basis of field experience. Willog is converting every previously invisible moment in the supply chain into data, and building an intelligence framework in which AI directly judges and acts on that data."

He added: "With this investment as a springboard, we will create an environment where more global shippers make decisions based on data."
