Willog (co-CEOs Bae Sung-hoon and Yoon Ji-hyun), a logistics condition monitoring solution company, announced on the 24th that it has been selected for the "Global ICT Future Unicorn Fostering (ICT GROWTH)" program organized by the Ministry of Science and ICT.

The "Global ICT Future Unicorn Fostering Program" organized by the Ministry of Science and ICT is a program that identifies 15 ICT companies with high growth potential in the global market and supports them in growing into global unicorn companies. Since 2020, 15 companies per year have been selected based on a comprehensive valuation of their overall corporate value, including global capabilities, technology and market viability, and contribution plans, and assessed to have a high likelihood of achieving rapid growth into world-class unicorn enterprises. Selected companies receive growth funding guarantees of up to KRW 5 billion over three years, and receive dedicated support for overseas expansion through locally tailored programs utilizing the overseas bases of the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) in the United States, Singapore, Vietnam, India, and other locations.

In this year's "Global ICT Future Unicorn Fostering Program," Willog was ultimately selected in recognition of its growth potential as a global player and its distinctive technological capabilities. Willog plans to leverage this selection as an opportunity to strengthen its foothold in the overseas markets where it is currently active, including the United States, Latin America, and Central Asia, while also pursuing expansion into new markets. This is expected to go beyond simply broadening sales channels, serving as a catalyst for introducing Willog's logistics condition monitoring solution, which meets the high international standards demanded by the global logistics market, to overseas markets and pioneering new business opportunities.

Willog, founded in 2021, is a logistics condition monitoring solution provider. Based on its proprietary sensor devices and platform, Willog enables the collection and analysis of diverse data, including temperature, humidity, and shock, that affects product quality during transit, supporting the stable transport and storage of cargo. By leveraging comprehensive transport data, companies can identify records of issues such as temperature fluctuations and damage, and develop proactive response strategies, thereby achieving medium-to-long-term improvements in transport quality. Willog also supports data-driven decision-making for enterprise customers across a wide range of logistics environments, improving both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Willog Co-CEO Yoon Ji-hyun stated: "I am very pleased that we competed against strong companies across a wide range of digital technology sectors, including AI, SaaS, AI semiconductors, robotics, and logistics, in this 'Global ICT Future Unicorn Fostering Program,' and were ultimately selected in recognition of our market competitiveness, growth potential, and technological excellence. This selection will serve as a pivotal turning point for our overseas market entry."
