- BIX 2025, organized by the Korea Bio Association, to be held at COEX from October 15 to 17; Korea's largest bio industry exhibition
Willog (co-CEOs Bae Sung-hoon and Yoon Ji-hyun), an IoT and AI-based supply chain intelligence solutions company, will participate in "BIOPLUS-INTERPHEX KOREA 2025 (BIX 2025)," Korea's largest comprehensive bio industry convention.
BIX 2025 is organized by the Korea Bio Association and co-sponsored by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and will be held at COEX in Seoul from October 15 to 17. Under the theme of "World's Most Tangible Bio-healthcare Convention," the event will feature a wide range of programs including exhibitions, conferences, partnering sessions, open innovation forums, networking events, and docent tours, providing a comprehensive view of the global bio ecosystem.
At this exhibition, Willog will present its global export monitoring and domestic bio pharmaceutical monitoring solutions. The company will propose approaches for constructing bio pharmaceutical transport and manufacturing and storage facilities in compliance with KGMP and KGSP regulations, and will offer free proof-of-concept (PoC) evaluations and customized consulting through on-site consultations. The company will also introduce international regulatory compliance strategies for K-pharma and bio companies that are growing in global markets.
In addition, consulting sessions will be conducted to listen to and address challenges gathered in advance or on-site, with special benefits and gifts provided to participants.
On October 17, the final day of the event, CEO Bae Sung-hoon will present "AIoT-based Bio Supply Chain Visibility Implementation Cases" at 11:00 a.m. in the specialized session on "Bio Materials, Parts, Equipment Trends and Cold Chain Using AI." The presentation will share strategies for securing bio pharmaceutical supply chain visibility using Willog's sensor devices and solutions, and will provide practical insights applicable to real-world operations. Willog's booth will also be featured as a representative company leading pharmaceutical supply chain strategy through the docent tour conducted by industry influencers.
For reference, KGMP (Korea Good Manufacturing Practice) refers to quality management standards and guidelines for the pharmaceutical manufacturing stage, while KGSP (Korea Good Supply Practice) refers to national-level standards governing the safe storage and distribution of pharmaceuticals from the point of manufacturing until delivery to the end consumer.
Willog is an AIoT-based logistics intelligence solutions company that provides the foundation for transparent management and prediction of the entire logistics process, going beyond simple cargo location tracking. Its patented IoT sensor device precisely collects not only real-time location but also a variety of environmental data including temperature, humidity, tilt, and shock. The collected data is analyzed through its own proprietary algorithm optimized for logistics environments and logistics-specialized AI, yielding high-accuracy prediction results and improvement recommendations. This minimizes risks across the entire logistics process and supports accurate, fast, data-driven decision-making. The solution is currently utilized across a variety of industries including bio pharmaceuticals, electronics, semiconductors, and food products.
Willog CEO Bae Sung-hoon stated: "Securing visibility across the entire process of bio pharmaceutical manufacturing, storage, and transport is an important matter directly linked to public health and safety. We hope that visitors to this exhibition will use Willog's solutions to secure pharmaceutical cold chain stability and find regulatory compliance solutions for global transport."
